Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 business day after successful payment confirmation (excluding weekends and US public holidays). Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking.
Delivery Timeframes
We ship orders using trusted carrier partners — USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The shipping carrier is selected automatically based on your delivery location and operational availability.

Shipping Fees
Cala offers free standard shipping on US orders over $100. Orders below $100 carry a flat $7.99 standard shipping fee. Expedited shipping options, where available, are displayed at checkout and apply only to the specific offer selected at the time of purchase. All applicable shipping costs are shown before payment is completed.
International Shipping
Volume One ships within the United States only. We hope to open international shipping in a future volume — sign up at checkout for early access.
Failed or Delayed Deliveries
If your order has not been delivered within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact our customer support team. If an order is confirmed as lost in transit or cannot be delivered, you may request a full refund in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Incorrect Address Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details at checkout. We are not responsible for delivery delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information. If a parcel is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment at the original shipping cost.
